Lia Pricope joined Cluj Bar Association in 2012 and has the longest background as a member of the Costaș, Negru & Asociații team. Based on a solid educational background and a double specialization (Law and Business Administration), Lia Pricope gained experience in time and developed professionally to the level where she can be considered a successful lawyer able both to represent clients’ interests in court and to provide quality legal assistance and consultancy for businesses in a wide variety of practice areas. The professional recognition is shown by her participation in the law firm’s team that provided representation before the Court of Justice of the European Union in case C-298/16, Ispas. Lia Pricope has a particular interest for both Criminal Law and Tax and Administrative Litigation. She is able to convince thanks to a comprehensive argumentation and ensures the necessary balance between the force of Public Law and the innovation of Private Law.
