Assisting the client in contracting the bank financing includes in the vast majority of the cases also the need to negotiation and contracting of a package of guarantees that the bank requires for granting the loaned amounts. In this area of practice we include activities such as:
– negotiation and determination of the types of guarantees that the borrower creates in the benefit of the bank;
– negotiation and adaptation of the guarantee agreements to the provisions of the financing agreement;
– assistance in collecting the necessary documents for the conclusion of the guarantee agreements;
– corporate approval of the guarantee documents.
