At the beginning of autumn, we find with satisfaction that amongst the young lawyers to be admitted within the profession after sitting for the admission examination on the 30th of August 2019, there are two exceptional future lawyers who have benefited from extended internships within the Costaș, Negru & Asociații lawyers’ civil partnership.
Clara Andrada Dohotar is a graduate of the “Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Law (year of 2019). She completed her Bachelor’s studies by pleading a paper entitled Direct Taxation in the Case-Law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, in English (coordinating professor: Mr. Cosmin Flavius Costaș, PhD), under the Introduction to European Tax Law course introduced starting 2017 in the curriculum of the Faculty of Law in Cluj.
Irina Galiș has also completed her legal studies at the “Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Law (year of 2019), pleading a paper on the topic of Transfer pricing (coordinating professor: Mr. Cosmin Flavius Costaș, PhD). This choice came somewhat naturally, on the course of the lectures of Tax Law, Tax Litigation and Introduction to European Tax Law that she frequented and in continuation of a passion for substantial legal research.
Certainly, the main merits belong to the new lawyers, whom we congratulate for their perseverance and for the interest shown especially regarding tax law, within their research activity and their practical training. We are glad that a once arid area of law catalyses strong energies and offers new perspectives for the graduates of an elite Faculty of Law.
The Costaș, Negru & Asociaţii lawyers’ civil partnership intends to continue offering internships that will facilitate the students of the Faculty of Law of the “Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca a better fixation of the theoretical concepts taught during lectures, as well as the learning and development of the practical skills that are specific to the most liberal of professions. We strongly believe that our motto – Hard Work. Smart Counsel. Inspired Representation – can be undertaken by our younger colleagues who are trying, within and with the support of the Costaș, Negru & Asociaţii lawyers’ civil partnership to lay the foundations of a successful legal career.
