Following a successful cooperation initiated in 2020, the law firm Costaș, Negru & Asociații and the independent lawyer office of Radu Călin Buda decided to announce to the general public that they decided to make official a long term partnership on the legal services market in Arad and Western Romania.
The partnership in discussion is based on the principle of Best Friends Team Concept: a special form of collaboration, non-exclusive, between two different organisations (law firm and independent office) in order to provide the best integrated legal services and to increase the value and the force of the lawyer’s team.
In this respect, legal services shall be provided in the new office located in Arad, 3, Ion Andreescu Street, apartment no. 2 (within the same building as Arad Bar Association).
Radu Călin Buda is a well known lawyer on the legal services market in Western Romania, with a professional experience of 23 years within the Arad Bar Association and constant involment in providing advice and representation especially in civil law and commercial law. The management of a solid client portfolio and the quality of legal services provided in complex cases are important landmarks from a rich curriculum vitae.
