It is our exquisite pleasure to let everybody know that our colleague Alexandra Tomuța has successfully passed the final bar examination and will continue to shine with the Tax Law team at Costaș, Negru & Asociații.
Alexandra has been with our team since her fourth year at the Faculty of Law, after spending a tremendous year studying Law and particularly Tax Law in the Netherlands. She earned a Master’s Degree in “International and Comparative Business Law” and for the past two years she’s been improving the Tax Law education for students with UBB’s Faculty of Law.
During her stage, Alexandra emerged as an excellent lawyer and participated in most of the office’s tax cases. She has now earned her right to speak in tax courts as well and she will join the team preparing observations and pleas for case C-582/20, Cridar Cons SRL, which is pending before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
We congratulate Alexandra and we truly believe that she’ll become better as time passes, just like the red wine she can masterly taste after following up a training programme!
